campus, and off campus). Tabling and general meetings do not need to
complete this form. The committee meets to review forms on Monday's. If
there are concerns or if other aspects of this form are not completed your
event will not be confirmed. Email scheduleacc at plattsburgh.edu with any
questions.

*Room Reservation (EMS)*: https://ems.plattsburgh.edu/emswebapp/
This is to reserve rooms on campus. If you do not receive a confirmation
then your event is not confirmed. These are reviewed daily. Email

If you are raising any money for your event or money is exchanged this form
needs to be completed. These are reviewed Monday's. Email
