IMPORTANT : Student Group Event Registration Update

Good afternoon student leaders,
I hope your semester is going well and your group is thriving. I wanted to
give you some updates regarding event registration.

These changes start immediately.

*Student Group Tabling* *no longer* needs to move through the Student Group
Event Registration form. Your group will need to still reserve and be
approved through the EMS system (
https://ems.plattsburgh.edu/EmsWebApp/Default.aspx).

*Student Group Weekly and Biweekly Meetings* *no longer* need to move
through the Student Group Event Registration form; *UNLESS* you are using
the Ballrooms, Cardinal Lounge, or Alumni Conference Room. Your group will
need to still reserve and be approved through the EMS system (
https://ems.plattsburgh.edu/EmsWebApp/Default.aspx).

Reminder that *all events* will need to complete the Student Group Event
Registration form (https://forms.gle/h14p27bH5Xu8yaCE9). Also, that your
Advisor needs to attend these events.

All *fundraising events* still need to use the fundraising form (
https://forms.gle/23XJvErhn3LBqsop6).

I hope this clarifies some of the current policies. If you have additional
questions or concerns please let me know.
