Dear Campus Community,

Once again, welcome to the beginning of the Spring 2022 semester.

In the time I have been here, I have learned that we have a shared interest
as Cardinals to continuously improve the college and campus experience. I
also personally want to hear from you and be accessible to engage in
conversation.

In addition to regularly speaking with you as I walk around campus or in
meetings and events, this semester I am initiating a series of dates/times
for office hours. This is one additional way to learn from each other and
share ideas.

Appointments for these conversations of up to 15 minutes can enable more
participation. You may choose an in-person or Zoom option. The times are
open to individuals or groups of two or three people. My office will
contact you directly to confirm your 15 minute meeting time.

Please complete the topic section as well. Some requests may be rerouted to
ensure more prompt consideration (e.g., grade disputes, salary adjustments,
etc.). Office hours are not designed to replace matters best handled by
established campus procedures.

I look forward to visiting with as many as we can accommodate. We will
evaluate the office hours process at the end of the semester and make any
needed adjustments for Fall 2022.
