If your pre-registered vehicle was ticketed in August for 'no permit
visible' before you claimed your assigned parking tag AND you were legally
parked, the ticket will be automatically expunged. You do not need to file
an appeal.

If your vehicle was NOT pre-registered in August and you received a ticket
for 'no permit visible,' the Appeals Board will waive a first offense for
'no permit visible' *provided you were legally parked*. You will need to FILE
AN APPEAL <https://machform.plattsburgh.edu/view.php?id=361285>. Appeals
for subsequent 'no permit visible' violations may be considered; however,
removing an assigned tag in order to illegally park does not constitute a
valid 'no permit visible' violation, and will NOT be considered.

It's important to remember that UPD tickets for parking violations
24/7/365. Compliance is key. Refer to the PARKING LOTS & RESTRICTIONS
<https://www.plattsburgh.edu/about/directions/parking/lot-designations-and-restrictions.html>
and
avoid all VIOLATIONS & FINES
