Club or Organization Officer - Important Information

Are you a club officer? Take a look below for important information and
forms that need to be filled out for the Fall semester recognition.

Club Recognition Forms are due by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 8.

Club Officers Training will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, September 9 in the
ACC Ballrooms. Presidents, Vice Presidents, Secretaries and Treasurers from
each club/organization are required to attend. Failure of all four of these
officers to attend will result in suspension of recognition for the fall
semester.

There will be two Involvement Fairs held this semester. The first will be
held on Saturday, August 27 from 1 - 3 p.m. on Amite Plaza. The second will
be held on Monday, September 12 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Amite Plaza. To
sign up for one or both, complete the following form no later than Monday,
