You will learn:

   - Best practices for communicating with the media.
   - How to meet the needs of audiences in high-stress situations.
   - How to develop real-world crisis communication plans for an
   organization.
   - And more!

If you don't meet the prerequisite (a B or better in PRE311), contact
Michelle Ouellette at ouel8653 at plattsburgh.edu. We will review students who
are interested and make decisions on a case-by-case basis.
