Cardinal Connections for Students & Alumni
If you would like to connect with alumni without having to search for them,
join the new Cardinal Connections <https://www.linkedin.com/groups/9086014/>
group on LinkedIn! This is a group of alumni who have already volunteered
to make themselves available to students and recent graduates for career
conversations.

All students and alumni are welcome to join, provided you follow guidelines
outlined below.  We want this group to be informal, yet professional:

Students - Follow guidance from the Career Development Center regarding
networking etiquette; have your resumes reviewed by the Career Development
Center either in person or through Handshake; include a headshot in your
LinkedIn profile, which the Career Development Center can help provide if
desired.

Alumni - Be open to connecting with students and recent alumni to answer
questions about your career field or work experiences; be willing to
respond when contacted by current students and recent alumni; do not pitch
sales products or participation in entrepreneurial endeavors that require
financial investment or free work on the behalf of students.
