Please note changes for the Group Ex schedule for the week starting
Monday, May 3rd. Please go to IMLeagues to register (
http://www.imleagues.com/plattsburgh). Use your Plattsburgh email.
Registration begins ~24 hours prior to class start. Class size is
limited!! Spinning and kickboxing classes are held in Algonquin Hall. All
other classes are held in Memorial Hall. The schedule is updated weekly on
IMleagues. Schedule changes are also posted on Instagram @plattsfitness.
In order to participate in classes, you must wear a mask, have completed
your daily health screening, and be participating in the mandatory weekly
pool testing!! Please clean and sanitize equipment before and after use.
Cleaner/sanitizer will be provided. If you have any questions, please email

Friday, May 7th - *2PM ZUMBA w/Bailey*
Saturday, May 8th - *NO CLASSES*
Sunday, May 9th - *3PM SPINNING w/Kristina, 4:30pm Kickboxing w/Daniella*
