Group Exercise Schedule

Good morning! Here is the Group Ex schedule for the week starting Monday,
March 29th.  Please go to IMLeagues to register (
http://www.imleagues.com/plattsburgh).  Use your Plattsburgh email to
register. Registration begins approximately 24 hours prior to class start.
Class size is limited!! Spinning and kickboxing classes are held in
Algonquin Hall.  All other classes are held in Memorial Hall.  The schedule
is updated weekly on IMleagues.  Schedule changes are also posted on
Instagram @plattsfitness.  In order to participate in classes, you must
wear a mask, have completed your daily health screening, and be
participating in the mandatory weekly pool testing!!  Please clean and
sanitize equipment before and after use.  Cleaner/sanitizer will be

Sunday, Apr 4th - *3pm SPINNING w/Kristina, 4:30 Kickboxing w/Daniella*
