Looking for Student Entrepreneurs, ANY Major, to participate in North Country Regional Business Plan Competition - Fri., March 26, Zoom!

Dear Students,

If you have a business idea, we'd love to see several SUNY Plattsburgh
students participate in the* 2021 North Country Regional Business Plan
Competition (hosted by Clarkson University) on Friday, March 26th, between
9 am and 2 pm on Zoom!   You can enter as an individual or as a team!*


   - The North Country Regional Business Plan Competition is the first step
   in the New York Business Plan Competition.  If you place 1st or 2nd in your
   track at the North Country Regional Business Plan Competition, you win $$$
   *and *the opportunity to compete in the New York Business Plan
   Competition (late April-early May) to win even more $$$!!

   - Registration is FREE, and participants *must register by Wednesday,
   March 17th online* at *CapitalFoundation.org/students* (This website
   also provides a sample executive summary, sample pitch deck template, and
   rulebook for the competition).
   - The online registration requires you to* provide detailed information
   about your entrepreneurial idea and upload a 5-7 minute video pitch.*
   - There are *six competition tracks* to choose from: AgTech & Food,
   Energy & Environment, Military & First Responder, MedTech & Well-Being,
   Tech & Entertainment, and Consumer Products & Services
   - Please *communicate with Dr. Richard Gottschall* at
   gottscrl at plattsburgh.edu for assistance, advise, feedback, *and* to let
   him know you are registering for the competition.

This is a great opportunity to try out your business idea and to win seed
money for your venture!
