Summer Residency Application Deadline

Friday, July 9th is the deadline for students to apply for a change in
their residency status for tuition purposes for the Summer 2021 term.  This
deadline applies for students enrolled in all summer terms, regardless of
start date.  Students who believe they are eligible for in-state tuition
but are currently being charged the out-of-state rate for the summer term
must complete the following tasks:


   -

   Complete the New York State Residency Application

   Provide at least three documents in support of their application

   Send their application and documents to the Student Accounts Office

Students can submit the residency application by:


   -

   Emailing the application and supporting documents to
   myaccount at plattsburgh.edu


   -

   Bringing the materials to the Student Accounts window on the first floor
   of the Kehoe Administration Building (current hours are Monday - Friday
   10AM - 2PM) If it is outside of business hours and the customer service
   window is not open, there is a secure drop box located to the right of the
   customer windows.
   -

   Mailing them to Student Accounts:

Applications for changes in residency status for the Fall 2021 semester may
still be submitted up until Friday, September 24th.
