Spring 2021 Clubs and Organizations Update

Clubs and Organizations Officers,

Happy New Year! We hope you have found some time to relax and enjoy your
family and friends. We wanted to take a moment to follow up on Clubs and
Organizations for the Spring 2021 semester. The schedule and due dates are
similar to the Fall semester, however dates may change due to changes in
COVID-19 response. Please check your email weekly.

All Clubs and Organizations at SUNY Plattsburgh are required to have a
current semester recognition packet and directory on file no later
than* Thursday
February 11 at 12:00pm*. For the Spring 2021 semester completed information
will be submitted here <https://forms.gle/4kdp9rDboDWGy8E7A> (
https://forms.gle/4kdp9rDboDWGy8E7A). Use your SUNY Plattsburgh email
address when completing this. Only *one* Officer needs to complete this form

The Club and Organization Training on *Sunday, February 14, 2021*. This
training will complete all mandatory SUNY and SUNY Plattsburgh workshops. *This
date may change* - please stay tuned for updates.


All forms and training must be completed by* Sunday, February 28 at
12:00pm.*

We have intentions of hosting a *Spring Involvement Fair*, more information
will come in the next two weeks.

Again, some of these items are going to change as we adapt in
the Fall semester. However, the directory and compliance forms will not.
Please complete these as soon as you can so we can properly communicate.
