Group Exercise Schedule

Good morning! Here is the Group Ex schedule for the week starting Monday,
Feb 22nd. Please go to IMLeagues to register (
http://www.imleagues.com/plattsburgh). Registration begins approximately
24 hours prior to class start. Spinning classes are held in Algonquin
Hall. All other classes are held in Memorial Hall. The schedule is
updated weekly on IMleagues. Schedule changes are also posted on Instagram
@plattsfitness. In order to participate in classes, you must wear a mask,
have completed your daily health screening, and be participating in the
mandatory weekly pool testing!! Please clean and sanitize equipment before
and after use. Cleaner/sanitizer will be provided. If you have any

Thurs, Feb 25th- *NOON 30MINSPIN w/Connie, 5pm 30MINSPIN w/Connie*
Friday, Feb 26th - TBA
Saturday, Feb 27th- *NOON 30MINSPIN w/Elaine, 5pm 30MINSPIN w/Jasmine*
Sunday, Feb 28th - *3pm SPINNING w/Kristina*
**Please deregister when you can no longer make a class to allow someone
else to attend!
**Yoga mats will not be provided due to Covid 19 restrictions!!!! Please
provide your own mat!
