Dear Students,



The Algonquin Hall Test Site will be operating on the following schedule
for the remainder of the semester:

Monday, December 6, 2021

Algonquin Hall from 9 a.m. – noon; 1 – 4 p.m.

All unvaccinated and partially vaccinated students

Monday, December 13, 2021

Algonquin Hall from 9 a.m. – noon; 1 – 4 p.m.

All unvaccinated and partially vaccinated students



If you cannot attend during these hours, please drop off your completed
home test kit at University Police.



All students with UNUSED Test Kits should feel free to return them to the
Algonquin Test Site during normal operating hours, or to the marked
receptacles in campus housing and ACC.

A one-time registration is required before your first test. Register at SUNY
COVID-19 Testing <https://www.suny-covid-test.com/>. You will be asked to
create an account. It will require you to create a password, enter your
banner ID number and health insurance information. Remember your password
or use a secure password manager, as you will need it to log in to your
account prior to testing.
