Fall 2021 Drum Lessons

Hello there! My name is Gabriel Jarrett, and I have been teaching

drum-set/percussion @ SUNY Plattsburgh since 2006.
I have performed throughout the US/Canada/Europe with many groups/artists.
These instrumental lessons are individualized (one-on-one) and geared
toward your interests and abilities. Both beginners and experienced
drummers are welcome here!
I am well versed in Rock/Jazz/Latin/Funk and rudimental styles, and have
worked with:



Trey Anastasio, Mike Gordon, Page McConnell, Grace Potter, Kat Wright,
Vorcza, Marco Benevento, Will Bernard, Anais Mitchell, Stefon Harris, Greg
Tardy, Roy Hargrove, Michael Brecker, Francine Reed and many others.



You do not have to be a music major/minor to take the lessons which are
available to ALL SUNY students, regardless of ability level or experience.


There is a practice room and drum-set on campus which you will gain access
to as well. The instruction is fun, AND you earn credit!!
