Wednesday - 12:00pm: Cardio/Core/Yoga (Memorial)
Thursday - 12:00pm: Strength HIIT (Memorial); 6:00pm: 30 Min Spin

Friday - 3:00pm: 30 Min Spin (Algonquin)
