The City of Plattsburgh's Public Safety Citizens Review Panel Survey

[Diversity, Equity & Inclusion]

The City of Plattsburgh's Public Safety Citizens Review Panel, in response
to NYS Police Reform and Reinvention Collaborative is looking to gather
opinions and experiences from members of its community through a survey
developed by the independent panel. The survey assesses components that
involve the community and the Plattsburgh City Police Department.

Results from this survey will assist the panel as it strives towards its
mission of "working with the Plattsburgh City Police Department to review
its policies and procedures and to submit recommendations for best
practices, which will foster trust, respect, and encourage the pursuit of
positive relationships with all members of this community.

We appreciate your time in providing your valuable input. Completing the
survey is voluntary and the survey is anonymous. The panel will analyze the
data and will provide a  report to the community of its finding and how
those will inform the committee's recommendations. Thank you.
