De-Stressing with Donkeys

*De-stressing with Donkeys 2020*

Sponsored by the *SUNY Plattsburgh Student Health & Counseling Center*

*This semester has been stressful for many people. Well, did you know that
animal interactions help to reduce the impact of stress?* Thanks to
Thera-Pets, Inc., we are Zooming with therapy donkeys to help us
all de-stress with donkeys while maintaining physical distance.

*Thera-Pets, Inc.* is a local nonprofit that connects people with
therapy donkeys, they will be Zooming with the donkeys and other farm
animals at *3:30p on Wednesday, October 21st* *2020 *(rain date 10/22/20
@3:30p). They will introduce us to the animals on the farm and tell us a
little about their organization.

Students, Faculty & Staff are all welcome to attend, just use the following
