Good morning everyone,

I have heard that there are staff members on campus who may still be
without power at home as a result of the storms early yesterday morning.  I
wanted to pass on the below information from the Warren County Office of
Emergency Services regarding water and dry ice distribution points which
are happening today from 11:00am until 6:30pm at the two locations listed
below.

I would also encourage those who reside in Warren County to enroll in *NY
Alert* (website below) as well as download the *Ready Warren County app* in
order to stay informed about incidents occurring in the area.

We'll be sending this out to the students as well.  If you have any
questions feel free to reach out.

*Outage Update and Water/Dry Ice Distribution TODAY*

*(3/18/26) @ 0900*

The impacts from yesterday’s wind storm are still being felt across the
region, with scattered outages and ongoing hazards continuing into today.

Crews from National Grid worked well into the overnight hours, making
significant progress in reducing the total number of outages and restoring
several of the larger-served portions of the system prior to this morning.

At this time, estimated restoration times are not yet available. National
Grid anticipates updating their Outage Central site later this morning with
ETRs (estimated times of restoration) for areas that remain without power.

We appreciate the continued hard work of utility crews and the patience of
our residents as restoration efforts continue in challenging conditions.

To assist residents impacted by extended outages, bottled water and dry ice
will be available at the following locations:

Customers are asked to bring a cooler or paper grocery bags to transport
dry ice to their homes, and company personnel will provide information
about its proper handling.

Supplies may be limited and will be distributed on a first-come,
