[Important Information for Students] QUEENSBURY CAMPUS: Clarification on Parking Passes - Spring '26 Pass Needed

Good afternoon,

*Please note all students that park on the SUNY Adirondack campus should
request a new spring 2026 parking pass

even if you had a pass from a previous semester.*

Moving forward, your spring 2026 pass will remain valid for the duration of
your studies and a new one is not needed every semester.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as parking oversight
transitions to a new office. If you receive a ticket for displaying a
parking pass from a previous semester, please contact Harley Bradley
bradleyh at sunyacc.edu in the Student Life Office, who will work with you to
get the ticket removed.

Passes will be available for pick-up in our Queensbury Campus Office in
Bryan Hall. We will email you to let you know it's ready.

*Vehicle Registration*

If you plan to park a vehicle on the SUNY Adirondack campus, complete the the
Queensbury Campus vehicle registration form

if you haven't already: http://bit.ly/3cse9Q2.

Once you have a spring 2026 pass, a new parking pass is NOT needed every
semester.

*Parking Pass Pick-Up*

Parking passes will be available for pick-up in our Queensbury Campus
Office in Bryan Hall. We will email you once your pass is ready for pick up.

*Grace Period and Enforcement*
The first two weeks of SUNY Adirondack's term (1/20-2/3) will serve as a
grace period. After, parking tickets will be issued to vehicles that do not
have a valid parking sticker displayed.

*Proper Placement of Parking Pass*
Parking passes should be affixed to the *inside of the driver-side rear
door window*, placed in the *left-hand corner*.
