Flu season is here! The flu (influenza) is a contagious respiratory illness
that can range from mild to severe. Common symptoms include:

·       Fever or chills

·       Cough

·       Sore throat

·       Runny or stuffy nose

·       Body aches

·       Headache

·       Fatigue

*Where to get Your Flu Shot*

Flu shots are widely available near campus, and some locations are on the
Campus Shuttle route:

*Handwashing Matters*

Proper handwashing is one the best ways to stop the spread of illness

*Self Care Station*

Need quick relief? The Student Health Center has a self-care station that
offers over-the-counter medications (like pain relievers and more) so you
can treat mild symptoms without an appointment. Stop by during open hours
to grab what you need.


*Severe symptoms or symptoms worsening?*

If your flu symptoms are severe or getting worse, please call or email the
Health Center to make an appointment.
