[Important Information for Plattsburgh Campus Students] CAS Update - ID Cards

Dear Cardinal Community,

Unfortunately, we are experiencing manufacturing delays on the ID cards
we provide campus. These unfortunate and ill-timed delays led to a card
shortage.

I want to take this opportunity to apologize to those affected. We are
working tirelessly to address these issues and get new cards on campus. As
soon as we have more information, we will email you with instructions on
how to pick up your card.

In the meantime, if you are a student without your ID card:

   - *Meals:* Students who still need an ID card can continue to sign-in at
   Clinton Dining Hall. Please come see us for dinner tonight and breakfast
   tomorrow.
      - From 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. we are hosting a Welcome Back BBQ behind
      Clinton Dining Hall - all students are welcome and no ID card or
sign-in is
      required.

**Additionally, our brand new venue, Halal Shack, opens at 11 a.m. and
closes at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow and will be serving a special Opening Day menu
at no cost to students.**

   - *Housing:* Residence hall doors will be open during the day, and our
   check-in staff are happy to help. In the evening starting at 8pm, our CA on
   duty in the hall can help (signs posted on the front doors with the phone
   number) and after midnight, please call UPD at 518 564 2022.

We understand how inconvenient this situation is. We appreciate your
patience and we will send another email tomorrow afternoon with
further updates. Please reach out to our office, or to me, with any
questions.
