Panelists include *Tom Ginsburg* of the University of Chicago and *Sarah
McLaughlin* of the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE)
for this Constitution Day discussion about the constitutionality of
government restraints on higher education in the US. Tom Ginsburg is the
Leo Spitz Distinguished Service Professor of International Law at the
University of Chicago, Ludwig and Hilde Wolf Research Scholar, Professor of
Political Science, Faculty Director, Malyi Center for the Study of
Institutional and Legal Integrity, and Faculty Director, Forum for Free
Inquiry and Expression. Sarah McLaughlin is a senior scholar of global
expression at the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE),
and the author of Authoritarians in the Academy: How the
Internationalization of Higher Education and Borderless Censorship Threaten
Free Speech
