State Fiscal Year Closing- Jaggaer on hold

Due to New York State's fiscal year ending on March 31st, all Jaggaer
transactions will be on hold beginning 7 pm, Friday March 27th through
Friday, April 2nd

Users will have the ability to create requisitions, but the requisitions
will remain on hold until FMS is available again

Departments with emergencies during the system shutdown should submit a
requisition and contact the Procurement Services team for further
instruction.
