Menstrual Cycle Awareness

Are you a menstruator, a mother to a menstruating daughter, or just someone
interested in how our hormones affect our physical and mental health? Then
this session is for you!

Join #plattsburghmmh, a collaboration between SUNY Plattsburgh and Planned
Parenthood of NY, on Tuesday, March 24th, 4-6 PM on zoom for a menstrual
cycle awareness training by Brandy Oswald. She is a certified fertility
awareness educator, menstrual cycle educator, and founder of Sauvage
Wellness, based in Burlington VT.
