Cortland’s annual conference on the needs and experiences of Transgender
and Genderqueer students in the college environment, is happening TODAY!
This year’s theme is Managing Advocacy and Queer Joy: The Importance of
Finding Balance in Challenging Times.

Sessions include:

   - Queering Higher Ed: Advocating for Change
   - The Queer Pedagogy: Shortcomings of Queer Teachers and Breaking Binary
   Barriers in the Classroom
   - On the Other Side of the Rink: Building LGBTQ+ Partnerships with the
   World of Athletics
   - Being Rainbow in Red Panel: Conversations from the SUNY Campus Closet
   (student panel)

Join DEI for a livestream of the conference in Meeting Room #2 on the
second floor of the ACC.
