*Passenger Van Rental Requests - Summer/Fall 2026*

Administration & Finance will continue to coordinate a centralized service
to main campus departments in need of passenger vans. Rentals are available
through the Plattsburgh Enterprise for Summer/Fall 2026 departmental travel
needs.
What Vehicles Are Included?

This procedure applies *only to 12-passenger vans*.

All other vehicle rentals may continue to be arranged directly with
Enterprise by individual employees.

Advance Notice Required

To maximize the likelihood of securing a passenger van, please submit your
request *at least two weeks in advance* of your anticipated rental date.
