Students can benefit from Peer Counseling

The Student Health and Counseling Center now offers Peer Counseling! Peer
counseling offers a supportive space where students can talk through
challenges with trained peers who understand college life. Peer counselors
listen, show empathy and share guidance based on their own experiences.
While peer counseling is not professional therapy, it can be a helpful
addition to other mental health and wellness resources on campus. Do you
know a student that can benefit from peer counseling, have them scan the QR
code below
