*What the foam?! Plastic foam pollution in Lake Champlain and what we can
do **about it*


Plastic foam is commonly found during shoreline cleanups along Lake
Champlain. Its presence in the environment puts at risk the health of
people and wildlife. What contributes to plastic foam pollution in our
waterways? What alternatives do we have? This presentation will draw from
the work of the Lake Champlain Basin Marine Debris Coalition, whose goal is
to limit foam pollution through outreach and education.
