Greetings!  Please plan to join Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for our
February 2026 Equity Advocate Workshop

opportunities.  Equity Advocates (EAs) are search committee members who
serve as consultants and advisors to the search process to support the
growth and development of workforce diversity and inclusion.  The benefits
of participating in the training are:


● Support the growth and development of workforce diversity and inclusion
● Learn skills to promote equity-minded practices
● Receive training that allows you to serve as an Equity Advocate
● Gain useful information about how unconscious bias and microaggressions
impact the hiring process and workplace
● Meet new people and learn about best practices

progress towards our bold goal to have our entire workforce prepared as
Equity Advocates by Fall of this year!





*Option I: Zoom Sessions *

• Monday, February 16 & Wednesday, February 18, 2026 (must attend both days)

• 10 am to 12 pm

• Held virtually on Zoom



*Option II: In-Person Sessions*

• Tuesday, February 17 & Thursday, February 19, 2026 (must attend both days)

• 10 am to 12 pm

• Held in-person in the Au Sable Hall Hermes Room


*• All February participants are invited to join us for a light lunch from
12 to 1 pm on Thursday*
