If you are a campus supervisor you may notice some edits to your Handshake
job postings as the CDC approves them. We are identifying tasks related to
career-readiness competencies (per the National Association of Colleges and
Employers) in all campus-based student job and internship postings this
year. This is an effort for students to start recognizing the competencies
as they develop them. The competencies will be indicated by parentheses. Please
