🌿 Campus Green-Up Day – Call for Volunteers! 🌿

Help us make SUNY Plattsburgh shine! Join us for Campus Green-Up Day as we
roll up our sleeves to weed, tidy, and beautify our campus grounds together.

Date: Friday, May 8, 2026

Time: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Meet at: Amite Plaza (volunteers will be assigned to one of the following
areas):

   -

   Amite Plaza
   -

   The Podium
   -

   The Pond
   -

   Dormitory Buildings
   -

   Hawkins Hall
   -

   Plattsburgh Sign

We’re also looking for volunteers to assist with:

   -

   Distributing gloves and paper bags
   -

   Signing in participants

Coffee and lunch will be provided at noon generously supported by College
Auxiliary Services!

This is a great opportunity to:
✅ Connect with fellow members of the campus community
✅ Show pride in our beautiful campus
✅ Meet our amazing Grounds Crew and learn more about their year-round work

No experience needed—just bring your energy! All tools and supplies will be
provided.

know if you have any dietary restrictions and/or a preferred area you’d
like to volunteer in.
