*2025–26 Fiscal Year End Closeout*

In anticipation of the end of the 2025–26 fiscal year on June 30, 2026, we
are sharing important closeout procedures for processing purchases and
payments. If you manage a campus account (e.g., State, Dorm, IFR, or
SUTRA), please review and complete the following steps:

   - Review the FY 2025–2026 deadlines for submission of purchase
   requisitions and related documentation.
   - Plan to submit any remaining purchases in Jaggaer by the established
   deadlines.
   - Submit all invoices to accountspayable at plattsburgh.edu promptly to
   ensure timely payment.

Our team will also be hosting a session on SUNY’s fiscal year-end processes
on Wednesday, April 15 at 10:00 AM. A Zoom link will be shared closer to
the date.
