2025-26 Fiscal Year End Closeout

In anticipation of the end of the 2025-26 Fiscal Year on June 30, 2026, we
are writing to share close-out procedures for processing purchases and
payments.  If you manage a campus account (e.g. State, Dorm, IFR, or
SUTRA), please take the following steps:

Please review the FY 2025-2026 deadlines for submission of purchase
requisitions and related documentation. Our team will be hosting a session
on SUNY's Fiscal year End Wednesday, April 15th, at 10 AM. A zoom link will
be sent out closer to that date

 If you anticipate making any purchases for the remainder of the fiscal
year, plan on submitting them in Jaggaer by the deadlines.

If you have received any invoices, send them to
accountspayable at plattsburgh.edu so they can get paid.
