*Supporting Students' Career Readiness*

Here are two new options for supporting students' career readiness!

Have them take an online assessment of their career readiness based on
NACE's (National Association of Colleges & Employers) eight competencies:
career & self-development, critical thinking, communication, work ethic,
equity & inclusion, technical skills, problem solving, professionalism, and
leadership. Results include specific strategies for improvement.

Are they completing internships? Have them enroll in our Pre-Internship
Guide to Success in Brightspace.This will help them learn about workplace
etiquette, showing initiative, professionalism, and more.
