Holiday Market Details
When: December 10. 6:15pm set-up. 7:00-9:30pm open market.
Where: Olive Ridley's in Plattsburgh.
What: We seek sustainable arts/craft makers (e.g. use natural or organic
ingredients, or reuse/recycled materials).
More information: Late Night for the Planet is a late night talk/game show
that focuses on regional environmental and social justice topics in the
region. The project is hosted by SUNY Plattsburgh students. In 2024 this
market included nine vendors including jewelry, photography,
handbags/purses, salsa/jam, ceramics. The event also features short
interviews with each vendor (example questions include: how long have you
been creating? What makes your products sustainable?) and "Price is Right"
style audience participation games.
Please contact Curt Gervich at cgerv001 at plattsburgh.edu with questions.
