🧘New Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Coordinator

We are pleased to announce that *Sarah Erno* has been appointed as the new
Employee Assistance Program (EAP

Coordinator for SUNY Plattsburgh.

Sarah is a SUNY Plattsburgh alum and was most recently appointed as the
Wellness Coordinator in August 2025.  She has now completed the necessary
training to serve in this additional EAP Coordinator role. We are excited
to have her supporting our employees, retirees, and their families through
the EAP, which provides valuable resources, referrals, and confidential
consultations.

The EAP offers support and information on a wide range of topics, including:

   -

   Work-life balance
   -

   Holistic Wellness
   -

   Mindfulness
   -

   Physical activity
   -

   Stress
   -

   And many other areas of wellbeing

voicemail.

EAP office hours start next week and will be held on Tuesdays from
3:00–4:00 p.m. and Thursdays from 9:00–10:00 a.m. in 401A Beaumont Hall.
Appointments can be scheduled by phone or email.
