CTE Service Learning Talks this Week

Please join us for some great talks from a visiting speaker, Dr. Lorina
Culic, on service learning and Fulbright opportunities. Two talks remaining:

*(2) From Classroom to Community: The Transformative Power of
Service-Learning. Case Study: Cluj Multicultural Days.*

Thursday, Nov 20, 5 to 6 p.m.
Teacher Resource Center in Sibley and online
Dr. Culic will discuss how service can help transform the learning
experience. Open to all faculty, future teachers, teacher ed grad students,
and the Master Teachers Program.

Friday, Nov. 21, 11 a.m.-noon
Meeting Room 2, Angell College Center
Dr. Culic will meet with colleagues engaged in service learning to share
perspectives on these efforts, furthering her research and building
possible collaborations.
