*Indigenous & First Peoples Heritage Month Film Showing*

Faculty and staff are invited to a showing of *The Fight for Greenland*
today, *Tuesday, November 18, at 2:00 p.m. in Krinovitz (Hawkins).*

This documentary offers an in-depth look at the political and cultural
landscape of Greenland, where many Indigenous residents are calling for
independence from Denmark. Through the stories of four young Greenlanders,
the film examines complex issues of cultural preservation, language,
national identity, and globalization.

We hope you will join us in marking Indigenous and First Peoples Heritage
Month through this thoughtful and timely film.
