🎄Miracle on Margaret Street Holiday Parade Committee🎊

We’re gearing up for the City of Plattsburgh's annual *Miracle on Margaret
Street Holiday Parade,* kicking off on Saturday, December 6th, and I’d like
to invite volunteers to help with the planning, building, and participation
in this year’s float.

*"The theme for the 2025 City of Plattsburgh Holiday Parade is "Enchanted
Forest".  The parade is scheduled for December 6, 2025, at 5:30 PM.
Participants are encouraged to bring the theme to life with glowing trees,
mystical creatures, and festive magic. *

We’re also in the running for the coveted *Holiday Parade Trophy*, with
additional judging categories this year that give us even more chances to
place. In keeping with tradition, our float will be judged on its holiday
spirit and how well it reflects the theme. The judging panel includes the
Mayor, the Grand Marshals for 2024 and 2025, and members of The Strand
Center for the Arts and the Common Council, so let’s come up with a plan
that can put us in the running!

If you’re interested in joining the planning and decorating team or being
part of the float on parade day, please let me know at
prasc001 at plattsburgh.edu. I would like to get started as early as next week
with the committee membership.

All ideas are welcome, and the more hands we have, the better our float
will be!

Looking forward to working with those of you who are excited to bring some
holiday cheer to Plattsburgh.
