Important PEP Enrollment Information

The Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP) for 2026 allows eligible
full-time and part-time employees of the State of New York who are
Management/Confidential (M/C) or are represented by Council 82, CSEA, NYSCOPBA,
PBANYS, PEF, or UUP to exchange previously accrued annual leave (vacation)
and/or personal leave in return for a credit to be applied toward their
employee share of NYSHIP premiums on a biweekly basis.


If you are interested in participating in the Productivity Enhancement
Program (PEP)

eligible employees may enroll from *November 1, 2025 through December 8,
2025*.  Enrollment forms were emailed to all employees who may be eligible
for this benefit on November 1st.  If you are eligible and interested in
enrolling, but did not receive a form, contact hrs at plattsburgh.edu.  Please
note that for UUP-represented and M/C employees, the maximum annual salary
allowed for participation is $115,202.


If you are currently enrolled in PEP and remain eligible to participate,
you must re-enroll to continue your benefits in 2026.
