The Angell College Center Room Reservation process is now open for the Fall
2025 semester.  There have been some changes to the process of booking
spaces to be consistent with the rest of campus, so please read the
following carefully.

*FACULTY/STAFF*

*To book a lobby table, the Mannix Room (Meeting Room #1), Meeting Rooms
2-8, Amnesty Room, the Flynt Commons or the ACC outdoor fire pit,* you
simply need to place your request via the EMS system at
https://ems.plattsburgh.edu/EmsWebApp/Default.aspx. The set ups for these
reservations are fixed and the spaces are unable to be rearranged.

*To book the Alumni Conference Room, Cardinal Lounge or Warren Ballrooms, *you
must place your request via the EMS system at https://ems.plattsburgh.
edu/EmsWebApp/Default.aspx AND place a room set up request through Ready
Request in the Plattsburgh Portal. *Instructions can be found HERE

If you are booking the Amitié Plaza or ACC Courtyard and need a special set
up, you should also follow this same process. *This process needs to be
done regardless of the setup (standard or not).*
**Paper setup forms will no longer need to be emailed to me as everything
is housed in Ready Request**
