Upward Bound Semi-Formal Clothing Donation Request

Hello everyone!


As you might know, TRIO Upward Bound is a college prep program that helps
local students experience new things and help them apply to college.  Every
year we host a summer program where North Country high school students from
districts like Plattsburgh, Chazy, NAC, Peru, Tupper Lake, Saranac, Malone
and more, with 15 districts total participating.  They attend classes, do
summer activities, volunteer in the community, and live on campus to
prepare for life at college.  At the end of the summer we host a special
banquet for our students where they dress up, attend a dinner in the
Ballrooms, receive awards, have a dance party, and celebrate their summer
achievements while reflecting on memories made during the program with an
annual summer video made by students and summer faculty.


In the past we have organized a semi-formal clothing collection for
students to use for Banquet, making it a night to remember!  If you (or
family & friends) are interested in donating semi-formal clothing for this
year's banquet, we will be accepting donations through Wednesday, August
6th at Macomb Hall.  Donations can be dropped off at our office in Macomb
Monday-Thursday from 8-4pm (closed for lunch from 11:45-12:45pm).  If you

on what we are looking for!
