!!Save the Date: Additional Supervisor Training!!

Based on the feedback we received from the Supervisor Bootcamp held last
November, we have scheduled two follow-up training sessions.  This will be
open to all supervisors and all employees who may become a supervisor.
Release time has been granted, please coordinate attendance with your
supervisor if you are interested.

*Tuesday, April 29, 2025, 10:30am - noon in Yokum 200*
Presented by SUNY Office of General Counsel
We will discuss how to have difficult conversations and how to manage
hostile work environments.  This will include audience participation and
group brainstorming.

*Thursday, May 1, 2025, 10:30am - noon in Yokum 200*
Presented by SUNY Employee Relations
We will discuss the importance of performance programs, how to deal with
poor performance, how to complete performance evaluations, and proper
procedures for coaching and counseling.

Additional information will be shared as the date approaches, including how
to sign up, but for now SAVE THE DATE.
