Fall Training Compliance - Assignments are Past Due

To the many employees who completed their fall compliance training
assignments by the end of the year, thank you. To the supervisors who
assisted with department or division compliance, thank you for this
partnership.


This reminder is for any employee with a past due fall training assignment.
Your support is needed to complete all past due training as *o**ur annual
report to SUNY on Sexual Harassment compliance is due Friday 1/10/25.*


Resources on how to access the assignments are included below.


Fall 2024 Compliance Training Assignments in SafeColleges:

   1.

   Active Shooter Run, Hide, Fight Training (15 minutes) - Due 12/31/24
   2.

   *Building Supportive Communities: Clery Act and Title IX **Training (60
   minutes) - Due 12/31/24. This course will satisfy the Sexual Harassment
   Training requirement.*


Accessing your SafeColleges Course Assignments:

   -

   Emails will be sent to @plattsburgh.edu users, with the subject: [Official]
   SafeColleges Compliance Training Assignment. Click the link within the
   email to login.
   -

    Visit the MyPlattsburgh Portal to click the icon on the main menu to
   login.


Additional Fall 2024 Compliance Training Assignment with COELIG:

   1.

   NYS CETC Ethics Training - Due by 12/31/24- Mandatory

The NYS Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government (COELIG) maintains
the Comprehensive Ethics Training Course (CETC). The CETC is an ethics
training mandated for all New York State officers and employees. The CETC
is a training that covers the Public Officers Law and other related ethics
laws and regulations. The expectation is 100% compliance by completion of
one (1) training for all NYS employees annually.


Two ways to meet the training requirement:

   1.

   On-Demand Training: Instructions on how to access the SUNY Employee
   Portal and the Statewide Learning Management System (SLMS) can be found
   here
