Wellness Week Events for Wednesday, 2/12

♥️ Wellness Week events scheduled for Wednesday are:

   - 11 a.m. - Ask a Counselor/Ask a Nurse sponsored by Student Health &
   Counseling Center - ACC Burghy's Den: Ask questions you may have about how
   to improve your mental and physical health.
   - Noon - 8:45 p.m. - Group Exercise Classes in Memorial Hall:  Join in
   one of several classes offered throughout the day. Schedule can be found

   - Noon - 2 p.m. - Pick Up Pickleball in Memorial Hall sponsored by
   Recreational Sports
   - 3 p.m. - Self Care Bingo! - Advocacy Resource Office: Have fun and win
   some prizes!
   - 4 - 8 p.m. - Delightful Event sponsored by Chartwells - Clinton Dining
   Hall: Have a delicious dinner at Clinton featuring a special menu, prizes
   and giveaways The event will focus around acts of kindness.
   - 4:30 - 6 p.m. - Naloxone/Narcan Training sponsored by Student Health &
   Counseling Center and Alliance for Positive Health - ACC Alumni Conference
