Rockwell Kent Gallery Reopening Reception

*The Plattsburgh State Art Museum cordially invites you to join us for
a Rockwell Kent Gallery "re-opening" reception:*

*Thursday, February 13 from 4:00 - 6:00pm*

*Rockwell Kent Gallery, Feinberg Library*



We appreciate everyone’s patience while the gallery was undergoing
improvements that will help conserve this invaluable collection.  The
re-envisioned exhibit showcases Kent’s deep connection to our region
through his numerous Adirondack landscapes. This also coincides with a new
collaboration between Mountain Lake PBS and the Plattsburgh State Art
Museum that will incorporate a new PBS Kids Mobile Learning Lab.  The new
Learning Lab will invite visitors to examine the past, evaluate the present
and envision the future of the Adirondacks and the climate through an
artistic lens. The Lab will offer specially developed educational
activities and thematically related books for use by all visitors,
including families and Pre-K-12 graded classrooms.
