Spending Update

Dear Campus Community,

All campuses have been notified by SUNY that the University-wide Planned
Spending budget (PSP) is close to being fully expended for Q2. As a result,
SUNY has directed all campuses to refrain from processing or completing
transactions in State and DIFR accounts. Consequently, our campus must
temporarily halt all spending to these accounts. Any new purchases or
non-encumbered payments will be held in Jaggaer until we receive further
guidance from SUNY regarding the resumption of purchasing activities.
