Fall 2025 Compliance Training Assignments-LIVE SESSIONS OFFERED

The following Fall 2025 Mandatory Compliance Training Assignments LIVE
sessions are being offered in place of the Safe College assignments. If you
prefer to complete your mandatory fall training in person, please register
for each training of interest.
IN PERSON Title IX and Sexual Harassment Prevention is being offered by Kim
Irland:
1.
Zoom: 9/4/25 from 12-1:30pm
2.
Zoom: 9/19/25 from 9-10:30am
3.
In-person: 9/10/25 from 12-1:30, located at the Alumni Conference room
4.
In person: 9/23/25 from 3-4:30pm, located at the Cardinal Lounge
The live presentation will also satisfy the Sexual Harassment Training
requirement for New York State for all employees. New this Fall - all
supervisors have been assigned a supplemental course through Safe Colleges
which overviews the requirements of supervisors under Title VII.

If you wish to complete ALL of your SAFE COLLEGES training in person in one
day, please join us on 9/10/25 from 12-2:30 in the Alumni Conference Room
or on 9/23/25 from 2-4:30, at the Cardinal Lounge. Be sure to register for
BOTH links for the day you choose.
*Mandatory Title VI training is now active in Safe Colleges. Please go to

Reminders:

All course completions are being tracked for compliance. Non-compliance
will be communicated to employees and/or their supervisors and Deans or
Vice Presidents on a case-by-case basis.

Employees who do not have a dedicated computer or quiet space should
speak with their supervisors so that every effort can be made to support
you.
