All campus-recognized organizations, offices, and programs are invited to
participate in the Fall 2025 Bulletin Board Lottery.
If you would like to be considered for a Fall 2025 bulletin board, please
complete the Google Form: https://forms.gle/BhMFZNNYh4zebDe96 no later
than 4 pm on Friday, May 2nd, 2025.
Groups will be informed of their status by Wednesday May 7th.
All board holders must adhere to the following:
1.
Boards must be updated by the end of the first week of the semester
(Friday, August 29th).
2.
All boards must clearly indicate the group represented.
3.
The boards must be maintained in suitable condition at all times.
4.
Effective Fall 2025 groups will have the assigned bulletin board for the
whole academic year.
